Lifeprint Reiki was born as a culmination of my life’s spiritual journey, having spent the first 54 years of a tumultuous life undiagnosed on the autism spectrum, exacerbated by surviving as part of an emotionally abusive family. This propelled me to try all types of spiritualities and healing modalities in attempts to soothe my emotional pain.                   to read my full  emotional and spiritual journey.

Around 2019 I started working with a Reiki practitioner who initiated the clearing of my traumas, leaving me interested to learn the practice myself.

​

During the 2020 pandemic when all theater and film production shut down for who knew how long, I felt my fellow actors and entertainment professionals could benefit in either finding a new life purpose or adjusting to the changed world. It was my calling to help others and I became a certified life and spiritual coach through Life Purpose Institute.

I felt adding Reiki as a service would benefit my coaching clients and finally was attuned to Reiki in 2021. My level one instructor mentioned he attuned Autistic children to Reiki to help themselves calm their brains. Before then I never realized Reiki could be used to heal oneself. What an epiphany! I remembered the quote "if you can heal yourself, you can heal the world," and the seeds of Lifeprint Reiki were planted as an idea to heal oneself and one's family of past trauma to reconnect to self-love, and lead happier productive lives.

I soon realized that self love can actually be an entire spiritual path, and not just bubble baths, and set out to document what worked for me. The result was an ebook titled The Self Love Journey.  

And this new spiritual path seemed to be the perfect compliment to navigate this new Age of Aquarius for the next two millennia.

 

 Lifeprint Reiki is a non-religious blueprint, inspired by pre-Abrahamic philosophies, modern sages and spiritual teachers, to honor our innate human spirituality.It's predicated on the understanding that 'sin' is a manmade notion created to control the masses and does not exist in the world of a Higher Power. Those behaviors are simply either human nature, or karma-generating associated with unresolved trauma. "Worship," too, is viewed as a toxic arcane notion rooted in fear and hierarchy, replaced with gratitude and independent connection with the Divine.

These traumas include ancestral, soul, past life, religious and current life that disrupted our beliefs in ourselves which forced us to create a survival personality, disconnect from the empowerment of self love. When we hold the understanding that everyone's challenging behavior is rooted in their own unresolved traumas, we create a more compassionate and harmonious world.

 

However, there will never, nor ever could be, a trauma-free life on Earth; we're here for our souls to learn and grow from trauma and loss.

The primary goal of Lifeprint Reiki is to gain self awareness of undesired behaviors and learn a set of tools and practices, including the knowledge of Reiki, to regain self acceptance to reconnect to the empowerment of self love.
